Shipping and Returns

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We do pay for return shipping if your order was incorrect or if the product you received was damaged.  If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you will be issued a store credit that can be used on the store at any time. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returned products must have its original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, alterations, or any kind of damage.

If you received an incorrect order, it must be returned within 30 days and you will receive the correct item using the same speed of shipping from your original order. If you no longer need the items you originally placed, you will receive credit back to the original form of payment. Returned products must have its original packaging, not show any sign of use, wear and tear, alterations, or any kind of damage. Please send back the incorrect products with a printed copy of a complete return form. Email a digital version of the form to jharding@webbmason.com. Sale items are generally accepted under our standard return policy unless noted otherwise during the checkout process.

No returns/exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

In general, orders can take anywhere from 2-3 business days to be processed and fulfilled. Delivery is based on your selected shipping option. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will not get fulfilled until the following business day.

Currently, we only offer shipping via UPS. We only ship to the continental United States and Puerto Rico. We do not accept orders with PO boxes as the billing and/or shipping address.
